Making these bars with my mom right next to me was a success. Hope you make these for your kids and enjoy them as much as my mom and I did.

Banana Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Chopped Dates
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Smash all three ropes bananas in a bowl. Once that’s all smashed start adding all the other ingredients into the bowl. Once all ingredients are combined start mixing them together. Once everything is combined add the mixture into a a pan. First add parchment paper and add all mixed ingredients to the baking pan. Spread everything evenly. Remember these will be shaped as bars.
- Oven is ready now add into the oven to start baking.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
- Cool completely and then start slicing bars. Enjoy!
